1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please submit your request via the Contact Form available on our website.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Full name used for the order
- The item(s) you wish to return
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions.
For formal withdrawal notices, you may alternatively contact us via email (see Section 8 below).
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unworn and unused
- show no signs of wear
- be returned in original packaging
- include all original accessories
- have the security seal fully intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a reduction in refund due to loss of value.
4. Security Seal Policy
All Aureya Jewelry pieces are delivered with a security seal to protect product integrity, hygiene, and quality standards.
Customers may inspect the item as they would in a physical store. However, the security seal forms part of the product’s original condition.
If the security seal is removed, damaged, or altered, the item will be considered used beyond normal inspection.
In such cases, Aureya reserves the right to:
- refuse the return, or
- apply a reduction in refund corresponding to the loss of value.
5. Earrings – Hygiene Protection
For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the security seal has been removed.
This is in accordance with EU regulations regarding sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Aureya is not responsible for lost return shipments.
