Return Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, items must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be unworn and unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>show no signs of wear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be returned in original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>include all original accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have the security seal fully intact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a reduction in refund due to loss of value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Security Seal Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All Aureya Jewelry pieces are delivered with a security seal to protect product integrity, hygiene, and quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers may inspect the item as they would in a physical store. However, the security seal forms part of the product\u2019s original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the security seal is removed, damaged, or altered, the item will be considered used beyond normal inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, Aureya reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>refuse the return, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>apply a reduction in refund corresponding to the loss of value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Earrings \u2013 Hygiene Protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the security seal has been removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is in accordance with EU regulations regarding sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5\u201310 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
