3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.
4. Shipping
We ship within Europe, primarily to Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is handled by DHL or PostNL.
Free shipping is available on orders over €150.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier services. Aureya Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds

6. Product Defects & Liability
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Aureya Jewelry within 30 days of receiving the item.
Upon verification of the defect, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Aureya Jewelry is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or exposure to water, chemicals, or perfume.
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
